A growing pet boarding business had no digital infrastructure. Their website was outdated, new client intake was entirely manual, follow-up emails were sent by hand, and booking payments were handled offline. There was no pipeline, no system, and no consistent client experience. Staff were spending hours every week on work that should have been running itself.

Designed and built the full Disco Pets website at discopets.com — including all copywriting, brand application, and service pages. Shot and produced all photo and video assets used across the site, including the hero video and service section imagery.
Built the new client application form with conditional logic. Submissions trigger the onboarding automation immediately — no manual processing required.
Configured GHL CRM with custom pipeline stages from application through approved client. Contact records, tags, and ownership rules set up so nothing falls through the cracks.
System checks for existing contacts and routes new vs. returning clients through separate branches. Applications enter a Pending Approval stage — staff are only notified when a human decision is required.
Thank-you emails, status updates, and onboarding materials go out at each pipeline stage. Approved clients are welcomed automatically; declined applicants receive a professional response.
A dedicated workflow handles the pick-up/drop-off concierge upsell — routing clients into check-in, check-out, or both branches with automatic contact record updates.
Integrated payment processing so clients can complete booking and payment online without any back-and-forth with staff.
Automated post-stay review requests sent at the right moment to drive Google reviews and testimonials without staff having to remember to ask.
