• Call content— when you speak with us or our AI voice agent, the call may be recorded and transcribed (see "Calls and our AI voice agent" below).
• Messaging content — SMS/text messages you exchange with us.
• Website usage — basic analytics such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and referring source, collected via cookies or similar technologies.

When you submit a request or ask to be contacted, we may place an outbound call using an automated, AI-assisted voice agent, or you may speak with us directly. These calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can understand your request, schedule appointments, follow up accurately, and improve our service. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may say so on the call or end the call, and you can ask us to delete a recording by emailing austin@willman.ventures.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated third-party marketing.

We send SMS messages only to people who have asked to hear from us. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, consent, or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. The only exception is the messaging providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and they may use that information solely to provide that service.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to keep it working correctly and to understand how it is used. These collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, device and browser type, session activity, and referring source.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell information collected through cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; the site remains usable if you do.

These include providers for telephony and messaging (e.g., Twilio), AI voice and language processing (e.g., ElevenLabs, Anthropic), customer-relationship and scheduling tools, website hosting and analytics, and email. We may also disclose information to comply with the law, protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, follow up on your inquiry, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes. We delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, or on valid request.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of certain uses, or request a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email austin@willman.ventures. You can opt out of calls and texts at any time by telling us or replying STOP to a message. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
