SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy

Text messages and phone calls come from Willman Ventures, LLC (“Willman Ventures,” “we,” or “us”), an operations consultancy that builds AI-powered systems for home-services businesses. Every message we send identifies us by name.

We only message people who asked to hear from us. Consent is collected at the moment you give us your phone number, through one of these channels:

• The Owner Tax Calculator (/ownertax) — you check an unticked consent box before we send your results.
• Talk to our agent (/talk-to-willman-ventures) — you submit your number to request an immediate call from our AI voice agent.
• Bottleneck Audit booking (/audit) — you book a call and provide a number for scheduling and reminders.
• Contact and inquiry forms hosted on our website and booking pages.
• Verbally, during a call or meeting, when you ask us to follow up by text.

Consent is never a condition of purchase, and we never buy, rent, or import phone numbers from third-party lists.

The consent language shown at each collection point reads substantially as follows:

I agree to receive marketing and informational text messages and phone calls from Willman Ventures at the number provided, including messages and calls made with an automated system, pre-recorded voice, or AI voice agent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or tell us to stop calling at any time; reply HELP for help.

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices.
• Replies and follow-ups to a request or question you sent us.
• Delivery of something you asked for, such as your Owner Tax results or an audit summary.
• Occasional updates about our services, offers, and availability.

Example messages:

• “Willman Ventures: your Bottleneck Audit is confirmed for Thu 10:00a MST. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Willman Ventures: here’s the Owner Tax breakdown you requested: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Willman Ventures: Austin here, following up on your note about dispatch. Want to grab 20 minutes this week? Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency varies based on how you interact with us. Most people receive only a handful of messages tied to a request or a scheduled call. We do not send recurring broadcast campaigns on a fixed cadence.

Message and data rates may apply. Willman Ventures does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

Text STOP to opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe; you will receive a single confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email austin@willman.ventures.

To stop phone calls, tell us on any call or email the address above. You can opt out of calls and texts independently.

Some of our outbound and inbound calls are handled by an AI-assisted voice agent, and calls may be automated, pre-recorded, or recorded and transcribed so we can respond accurately and follow up. The agent identifies itself as representing Willman Ventures. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, consent, or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Consent you give to Willman Ventures applies only to Willman Ventures.
